At Askari Fightwear, we want to ensure you have the best gear for your training; if you are not 100% satisfied, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned products must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Initiate Your Request
Log into our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the gear in its original packaging, ensuring all labels are attached and the items show no signs of mat wear or washing.
Ship the Gear
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects the items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange gear within 5-7 business days.
